Eriomin Alexei Grigorievich
(1919 - 1998)
Was born 17 March 1919 in the willage of Velikaya Guba, Karelya. In 1951 ERIOMIN graduated from the I.Repin Institute in the B.IOGANSON workshop Since 1939 he has participated in exhibitions. The member of the LCRAU since 1951. Paint the subject and historical pictures, portraits, landscapes. Honoured Artist of RUSSIAN Federation (1970). People`s Artist of RUSSIAN Federation (1978) Paintings by ERIOMIN are in STATE RUSSIAN MUSEUM, STATE TRETYAKOV GALLERY, in other museums and private collections in RUSSIA and throughout the world.
