Davidson Maria Solomonovna
Maria Solomonovna Davidson was born October 28, 1926 in Leningrad.
In 1952 Maria Davidson graduated from Higher School
of Industrial Art named after Vera Mukhina in studio of Alexander Kazantsev.
She studied under Alexander Samokhvalov,
Sergei Osipov.
Since 1954 Maria Davidson has participated in Art Exhibitions.
She painted portraits, landscapes, genre scenes, still lifes, etudes
done from nature.
Her personal exhibitions were in Leningrad (1976),
Madrid (1993), and Tolledo (1993).
Maria Davidson has
become a member of Saint Petersburg Union of Artists since 1959.
